Fresh palomino grapes aged outdoors in toasted white oak barrels using a 60 year old California family starter. California apricot wine is added during aging to create an amber smooth aromatic and floral finish. Smoky apricot notes of our sherry vinegar make lentils sing. Sherry and chopped shallots make a lovely vinaigrette with our Ultra EVO. Mouth watering in hearty fall soups chopped shallots makes a lovely vinaigrette mixed with O Ultra Premium EVO.
