Made with gluten free and non-GMO ingredients, the curry is ready to eat after only 90 seconds in the microwave. Developed at Oregon State University's Sea Grant program and seafood lab in Astoria, Oregon, this curry recipe doesn't sacrifice taste for health. With a medium heat, this red curry has outstanding flavor and unlike most sauce products, has the fish protein already in the pouch, providing 11 grams of protein in every serving. With the option of simply heating for 90 seconds in the microwave, on the stove top or in boiling water, this curry is ready to eat right out of the pouch, or added to rice or your favorite pasta.
