This hardware is ideal for both single-family and multi-family applications. The 100 Thames passage lockset is used on applications where no locking is necessary. The outside and inside knob/lever are always unlocked. Easily installs on 1-3/8 inch to 1-3/4 inch thick doors. Backset is adjustable between 2-3/8 inch and 2-3/4 inch. Unit is supplied with both radius and square corner latch faceplates and radius corner strike. The Thames lockset is backed by a lifetime mechanical and finish warranty.
