Each XMRE 3000XT replicates the calorie count required for 24Hrs of intense activity. All components are fully cooked and do not require you to add water. Each complete XMRE 3000XT contains : 2 x 8oz (227 gr) entre, 3 bread items, 2-3 snacks/desserts , 2 spreads, 2 fruit flavored beverages, 1 breakfast beverage, 1 dairy shake, instant coffee, military spoon, napkin, condiment kit, moist towelette, 2 x military flameless heaters.
