Brewmaster-tested heat retention capability paired with increased cooler capacity ensure that your sparge water will stay at the ideal temp you need at each stage of your all-grain brew day-the Fermenter's FavoritesTM 10 gallon cooler has an expanded full capacity of 11.7 gallons.
