To use Zinda Black Oil, shake the bottle well and squirt 1-2 tsp. of oil in your mouth and swish it around. Try to pull and suck the oil between your teeth. 20 minutes a day is ideal, but even a few minutes a few times a week will yield positive results. When finished, spit the oil into a sink with hot water running or spit it in the trash. Rinse mouth well or brush teeth.
