Fitting instruction:
1. Immerse teeth cases in 50-70? (122-158F) warm water for 10 seconds
2. Then get in out, place it in the mouth
3. Bite mouthguard while its close to the palate for 10 seconds, place the mouthguard in the mouth and test for a secure, comfortable fit.
4. Remove the mouthguard and finalize the design into the ice water for 10 minutes

Precautions:
1. Do not put the mouthguard in hot water above 70? (158F), so as not to deformation.
2. When you just started to use, you may drool, tooth pain, nausea and other phenomena, which belongs to the normal physiological response, you will feel used to adapt to a period of time.
3. Do not use teeth to chew the mouthguard, just keep close.
4. We do not recommended to use this mouthguard when you have active dentures, planting teeth or other dentures.
5. You can not use this mouthguard when you have severe teeth overlap, external expansion and other severe dental problems.
6. Suit for Adult (Age 16+), not for the elderly and children.
7. After use mouthguard, wash with water to dry, into the box.
