The Brew in a Bag method of brewing has been growing in popularity over the last few years. This method is as simple as steeping tea. Fill your kettle with 6 gallons of water (for 5 gallon batches) and heat to the 'strike' water temperature. Allow the grain to sit for the recommended mashing time.
