SIZE WARNING. Dimensions in the description refer to the tubes' length, not the assembled frame (with the addition of corners). It gives an estimate of the workable area available. Actual size will feel slightly bigger.BaouRouge Clip Emproidery Frame is a Universal Craft Frame made with tubes measuring 12". The frame is made of durable PVC tubing that can be used for cross-stitch, embroidery, quilting, needlepoint, silk-painting etc. The size is the external size of the frame is about 13" x 13" (including corners) and actual work area is approx 12" x 12". To use, remove the clips from the frame, lay the fabric over the frame and gently place the clips over the fabric then push down to secure over the tube. The ribbed inner surface of the clamps hold the tension for your preferred adjustment. Simply rotate the clips outwards to tighten, and inwards to release the tension. Work can be moved around to give the option of stitching larger designs. The frame can be wiped clean using warm soapy water. Very easy to use. (photos for demonstration purposes only). Exists in 8"x8", 12"x12" & stand version: 14"x12"x10"
