Our custom fixture plates set will solve this major problem. With over 400 mounting positions you can easily secure any shaped or sized material in place for milling. Precision machined counter-sunk holes are 5/16"-18 NC Course thread size (most common size). Threaded mounting points are positioned on a 1" x 1" center-to-center grid. Includes 2 plates for a complete set, and are expertly machined from " thick 6061 billet USA Aluminum. (same size as included boards) This is solid aluminum that will not bend, or warp like wooden mounting boards.
