This means that not enough urine was collected while in midstream. As per the full instructions it is important 15ml is gathered and nothing less. If your not seeing a color change then not enough urine has been collected.
If you can't collect the required urine midstream on the absorbent tip then collect a urine sample and place the absorbent tip into the urine. this will reveal your colour change gender result.
