These include foundation walls, retaining walls, sewer manholes, and tunnels. This is a forgiving repair process, especially for DIY and first timers. That is because on contact with water the 100% solids resin foams and expands inside the crack-up to 30x its volume. This is easier to use than epoxy because epoxy can run out of the crack prior to it curing and sealing. It includes two cartridges of expanding Hydra-Stop 300 polyurethane foam that will not shrink after curing. After it foams and expands, the water will not leak through. Two cartridges of Poxy Paste are used to adhere the surface ports and cover the crack prior to injection. That is more materials than other kits. These are the same materials and procedures that our professional customers use to repair basement wall cracks for their clients. This kit also works on the inside corners of a basement.
