Description

Select your I-beam trolley from Jervis Webb, the inventors of the modern production line conveyor industry. This I-beam trolley is a 3/4-ton capacity (1,500 pound) hand pushed hoist trolley and adapts to 4", 5" and 6" I-beams. Webb 10711 trolley has a 1,500 pound load capacity. Other sizes available in the hand push I-beam trolley range are 1/4 ton (500 pounds), 1 ton (2,000 pounds) and 2 ton (4,000 pounds). Standard features include side guide rollers to prevent unnecessary wear on track and trolley, extended end flanges for added safety, and a rugged cast iron body construction. Hoist trolleys are equipped with a triple labyrinth seal, and wheels are bolted for easy replacement. Original OEM quality Webb conveyor parts are the "gold standard" for overhead conveyors. Webb 10711 I-beam trolleys are highly versatile. Use them for heavy duty sliding requirements like sliding gates, sliding rail systems, heavy duty door track systems (door hangers can be made to suit) and to slide heavy items into and out of position. Engineers and Architects: Please call us for application-specific suggestions and advice. Hoist trolley attachments are available in place of the standard load-attaching hook. I-beam trolley components are designed to run on I beam track with tapered flanges (please see cross section in the graphic). These are known as "Standard I Beams" and generally have the prefix S (e.g. S6 or S-6 for a 6 American Standard I beam). Wide Flange or H beams have a wider flange and generaly have the prefix WF (e.g. WF6). This wider flange may impact the fit of the product. See dimension "A" in the graphic and if using a wide flange or H style beam ensure this dimension is maintained.
