Description: Instant-cold-emulsion powder that contains emulsifiers, thickeners and is enriched with a silicon blend for a nice soft, cushioning elegant after feel. CAS: 36653-82-4, 9003-04-7, 9005-65-6, 123-94-4, 153668-87-2. INCI Name: Cetyl alcohol, sodium polyacrylate, polsorbate 80, glyceryl stearate, dimethicone/divinyldimethicone/silsesquioxane crosspolymer. Properties: Able to form an instant emulsion upon addition of water without heating. Provides exceptional suspending & emulsification and leaves a soft, smooth feel. Use: Add 5-10% to cold water, hydrate and blend (stick blender) until smooth. Add additional ingredients such as oils, extracts, peptides, vitamins & mix again well. Alternatively, use on top of an emulsion to stabilize and thicken further the emulsion. For external use only. Applications: Creams, lotions, serums, color cosmetics.
