Further, the boots have been contoured for sidewards ground placement, thereby increasing stability when undertaking push up exercises.
The bars feature three padded handles, one on each (lower) side for push up exercises and one top dead center of the bar for dips.
Bar and based finished in a tough, durable, powder coating. Please note: the CoreX Dip bars have a significantly wider foot print as well as increased length than competitor offerings. This, combined with the large, square, rubber foot boots, significantly improves stability when compared against smaller, tubular footed dip bars. Supports upto 450lbs.

Base square tube: 2X2 inches. Each dip bar unit weighs 13 lbs (26 lbs for pair), which is significantly heavier than regular, tubular dip bars (typical weight 8lbs). The higher weight reflects the greater use of steel and larger bar diameter (4 1/4"). Supports upto 450 lbs.
