3. Submerge both the grill and the silicone bar in hot water (107'F degrees) for about 15-20 seconds or until the silicone bar turns clear.

4. Put grill onto your teeth and adjust if necessary. DO THIS QUICKLY. Because the silicone bar hardens within seconds of being taken out of the water.
