The Spessartite Garnet gems in these earrings are totally natural, have the desirable and rare mandarin orange coloring and nice clarity. They are faceted full teardrops that measure 9.5x6.1mm and 6.63 carats for the pair. They come from Namibia, Africa, and Spessartite Garnet is among the most rare and valuable of the garnet family! These lovely garnets are wire wrapped entirely in solid 14K yellow gold and crowned with AAA rubellite tourmaline and purple spinel rondelles that create a beautiful color combination with the vibrant orange of the garnet. They hang from solid 14K yellow gold, hinged lever backs. The lever backs alone measure 15 mm tall. The overall length of the earrings is a bit over 1.125 inches tall. They are stunning!!!
