Most often the paint is applied via brush.

There are no limits though, it can also be applied using sponge, airbrush or other methods.

FOR THE BEST GLOW EFFECT

Use UV-tubes or black light energy saving bulbs!

We explicitly advise not to use UV LED light technology, as the glow effect is incomparable to the "real" black light.
